Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quest Log (the "App") and this website, operated by Lunatic Productions ("we," "us," "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Quest Log's free tier lets you create and store campaign notes locally on your device. Paid plans, where offered, add features such as cloud sync, PDF export, and party sharing, billed on the plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) you select at checkout.

Accounts and payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges (see our Refund Policy).

Your content

You own the notes, sketches, and other content you create in Quest Log. We don't claim ownership over it. For synced accounts, we store it only to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use Quest Log to store or share unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the App beyond what's permitted by law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunatic Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data. We recommend keeping your own backups of anything irreplaceable.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the App or these Terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
