Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Quest Log. If a paid plan isn't working out for you, here's how refunds work.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

If you're charged for a subscription and it's within 14 days of that charge, contact us at contact@medievaljourneys.com and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Outside that window, you can still cancel at any time to stop future renewals, but we won't refund the current billing period already in progress.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that window, lifetime purchases are final.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
